Information collected automatically: When you visit our website we automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, and pages visited. This does not reveal your specific identity and is used for security, analytics, and service improvement.

5. Social Logins

Probalist does not offer social login (e.g. Google or Facebook login). You register and log in using your email address only.

6. Is Your Information Transferred Internationally?

Yes. Some of our service providers (Stripe, Anthropic, Google) may process your data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites such as TradingView and Discord. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing any personal information.

8. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

• Subscription and payment records — 7 years for legal/accounting obligations.
• Chat logs — up to 12 months, then deleted.
• Lead and waitlist data — until you request deletion or withdraw consent.

• Usage/server logs — up to 90 days.

However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
